• Duration (it’s OK if you don’t have a specific length in mind—be as specific as you’d like)
• Plans for performance/recording (again, be as specific as you’d like—this can be a set date such as a conference or recital, or a general timeframe)
• Budget for this project (additionally, indicate if you’re interested in a consortium to help fund the commission)
• Anything else you’d like me to know about you and your vision for the piece
